Our lettering and lettercutting is designed, drawn and cut/carved by hand. We welcome commissions for individual memorials, house signs and any other ideas with lettering in stone that you may have; such as the slate table top with musical notation and lyrics cut and painted. We also offer the skills of oil and water gilding (the art of the application of gold leaf) This can be used to embellish cut letters or carved stone work, as well as furniture, plaster and iron work etc. The gilding of picture frames, including cut and carved gesso work, and restoration of frames is also offered as part of our gilding work.
